The Embassy of the Republic of Albania in Greece organized the cultural event “Doors of the Soul”, dedicated to the voices, stories, and creativity of Albanian women in migration.
The event was held at the premises of the Embassy in collaboration with psychologist and Head of the Personal Growth Group, Ms. Sofia Çabiri, and the women of the “Jeta” Organization, who for years have contributed to the empowerment, creativity, and solidarity of Albanian women in the diaspora.
The evening featured personal reflections, poetry, and paintings inspired by the experience of migration — a spiritual journey where art became a means of reflection, healing, and self-awareness.
During the discussion panel “My Migration Journey”, participants shared life stories, challenges, and achievements, illustrating the strength, dignity, and resilience of Albanian women wherever they live.
In her remarks, the President of the “Jeta” Organization, Mrs. Elona Kataro, emphasized the vital role of women in preserving cultural identity and building bridges of cooperation within the Albanian community in Greece.
The Embassy of the Republic of Albania in Greece extends its heartfelt appreciation to all participants, artists, and organizers who joined in opening the “Doors of the Soul”, bringing to this event the voice, colors, and spirit of Albanian women in the diaspora.
