A new direct air route connecting Heraklion and Tirana, operated by SKY express, was officially inaugurated at Tirana International Airport. This new service further strengthens the ties between Albania and Greece, while facilitating travel for the Albanian community living and working in Crete and the surrounding islands.

In her remarks, Ambassador Luela Hajdaraga emphasized that the opening of this route represents a new bridge of friendship and cooperation, bringing people closer together and creating fresh opportunities for economic and cultural exchange.
