The documentary by screenwriter Anxhelina Xhara “Tashko & Koço, an Albanian ‘love story’”, screened at the Embassy of the Republic of Albania in Athens, brought the audience closer to the extraordinary story of two pillars of Albanian classical music, who have left an unforgettable legacy in our culture.
Anxhelina Xhara, a multifaceted personality and long-time member of the Albanian community in Greece, presented the attendees with a work featuring a deep and touching narrative, skillfully intertwining intimate and historical moments into a clear, meaningful, and emotional story.
The screenwriter expressed her appreciation to Eliverta Radomi, Minister-Counselor of the Embassy, for her support and attention to this project, as well as for her careful balance of personal storytelling with the cultural and social background, allowing the audience to feel a genuine and profound connection with the narrative.
As a token of appreciation for organizing this event, dedicated to his parents, the renowned conductor Eno Koço gifted Ambassador Luela Hajdaraga his special album, dedicated to the legends of Albanian music.
