At the conclusion of the celebrations for Albanian November 2024, the Embassy of the Republic of Albania in Greece organized a festive concert on the occasion of the 112th Anniversary of Independence and the 80th Anniversary of the Liberation of Albania.
Distinguished guests, including high-ranking Greek officials, rΔαυ epresentatives of the diplomatic corps accredited in Greece, prominent figures from politics, business, science, arts, culture, and sports from both countries, as well as friends of Albania, enjoyed an unforgettable evening of elite Albanian art, performed by world-renowned tenor Rame Lahaj, talented pianist Elda Laro, and the Ensemble of Albanian Folk Songs and Dances.
In her welcoming speech, Ambassador Luela Hajdaraga emphasized that these sacred events in our history serve not only to remind us of the value of freedom and unity, but also of our duty to preserve them — in honor of the women and men who fought, built, and sacrificed for a free and European Albania.
Special thanks for this magical evening go to the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Albania, the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center, and all those who supported this event.
Wishing all Albanians across the world a joyful celebration of these blessed dates in our national calendar!
