The OIKODOMI 2025 Construction Fair, held from October 9–12 at Metropolitan Expo, Athens, was a professional exhibition dedicated to construction, architecture, and building materials, targeting the country’s construction industry. It served as a key platform for showcasing innovative technologies, materials, and services in the sector.

This strategic event brought together leading industry players, including manufacturing and supply companies, engineers, architects, technical professionals, and business executives, creating an ideal environment for knowledge exchange, partnership development, and professional networking.

As part of this important fair, the Greek-Albanian Association of Trade, Industry and Professionals, under the leadership of Chairman Panajot Rumi, organized a thematic session: “Extroversion & Networking: Opening International Pathways for the Albanian-Greek Construction and Industry Sector – Building Bridges of Communication”, which focused on strengthening economic, trade, and professional cooperation between Albania and Greece, as well as identifying new opportunities for investment and sectoral development.

This year, Albania was proudly represented by the well-known company Emante, specializing in sandwich panels and modular & photovoltaic structures, led by Mr. Hekuran Brahimaj, showcasing the capabilities and competitive potential of the Albanian construction sector in the regional market.

Highlighting the extraordinary potential in economic and trade relations between Albania and Greece, the Embassy of the Republic of Albania in Greece, represented by Economic Diplomat Ms. Joana Zhonga, emphasized the strategic importance of such events in consolidating bilateral relations, fostering strategic connections among stakeholders, and supporting joint projects.
