The Embassy hosted a special cultural evening dedicated to the presentation of “Djepi i përmallshëm,” the newest poetry collection by author Jasmina Kotrri. The book was described as a heartfelt tribute to memory, language, and the enduring love for one’s homeland.

Through her lyrical and evocative verses, Kotrri guides readers on an emotional journey into the realm of remembrance and Albanian roots, preserving the authentic tone of the Shkodran dialect and offering a uniquely sensitive poetic voice.
The event featured reflections on the author’s work from journalist Nilda Baxha of the TVSH program “Ura,” writer Thanas Medi, journalist Leon Lekaj, and LMSHG member Pjerin Lleshi. Their remarks emphasized the work’s linguistic originality and the emotional depth that characterizes the collection.

Minister Counsellor Eliverta Radomi highlighted the importance of literary creations that keep alive the connection to one’s homeland, noting that works such as this help strengthen the spiritual bridge linking the Albanian community in Greece with their country of origin.
Poetry readings by the invited guests created a warm and deeply moving atmosphere. “Djepi i përmallshëm” was warmly received as a collection in which every reader can recognize a part of themselves, an echo of longing, a touch of memory, and a profound sense of the Albania carried in the heart.
