The Embassy of Albania in Greece is delighted to announce the return of the theatrical performance Taverna Miresia – Mario, Bella, Anastasia by the emerging Albanian artist Mario Banushi, at Pireos 260, as part of the Athens Epidaurus Festival.

Director and actor Banushi uses his personal memories as dramaturgical tools to create a cleansing ritual and illuminate the history of a family through a vivid restaurant scene set in a neighborhood of Tirana, exploring the influences of the past.

The Ambassador of Albania to Greece, Ms. Luela Hajdaraga, who attended the performance with great interest, expressed her gratitude and admiration for the director’s artistic creativity and the outstanding performance. She highlighted the importance of promoting Albanian culture on the international stage. This event provides an excellent opportunity to showcase the talent and creativity of Albanian artists and strengthen cultural ties between Albania and Greece.
