The 9th Delphi Economic Forum, themed “The Great Transition,” took place in Delphi, bringing together prominent figures from politics, diplomacy, business, and civil society from 70 countries worldwide. The forum focused on addressing critical global challenges.
Albania was represented by Mr. Besart Kadia, Deputy Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, who participated as a panelist in the discussion titled “Europe and the Region – Strengthening Cooperation Between EU Candidate Countries and EU Member States as a Catalyst for Accelerating EU Membership.”
Mr. Kadia presented Albania’s progress towards EU integration, detailing significant reforms in key areas such as justice, human rights, the rule of law, public administration, transparency, and the fight against corruption. He reaffirmed Albania’s strong commitment to deepening cooperation with European partners to expedite its integration into the European Union.
