After eight years, the Ambassadors’ Conference, which took place in Tirana from August 26-28, 2024, returns
Three days filled with reflection on the challenges and opportunities of Albanian diplomacy, as well as strategies on security, geopolitics of the region, economy, tourism, culture, and the main priority: integration into the European Union, said Minister Hasani on the first day of the Conference. .
This conference comes at a key moment – not only because of the increasingly important commitments of Albanian diplomacy – but also when concrete steps are taken for an increasingly modern and dignified foreign service, including a new Law on the foreign service and the restoration of the Diplomatic Academy.
At the opening of the conference, Prime Minister Edi Rama was present as well as the guest of honor at the opening session of the Conference, the Slovenian Foreign Minister Tanja Fajon, a strong supporter of the European integration of Albania and the region.
