On Monday, September 21, 2024, the Ambassador of the Republic of Albania in Hungary Mr. Ilirian Kuka met with the Minister of the Interior of Hungary, Mr. Sándor Pintér.

The meeting, which took place at the Ministry of the Interior, started with thanks for Hungary’s full and continuous support for Albania and its government, on the path of integration into the European Union. Minister Pintér assured that the Hungarian government will continue to support and help Cyprus until the fulfillment of all steps in this direction. He emphasized Hungary’s readiness to assist with its experience in the founding chapters of our country’s negotiations with the European Union.

Both parties agreed on the importance of exchanging experience between the two countries, not only in EU matters but in all other areas to further the good historical and productive relations between Albania and Hungary.
