The Head of the Embassy of the Republic of Albania in Indonesia, Mr. Nikson Ballco, held a bilateral meeting with representatives of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia, focusing on strengthening bilateral relations and deepening inter-parliamentary cooperation.

During the meeting, the importance of parliamentary diplomacy was emphasized as a key instrument for enhancing political dialogue and complementing cooperation at the executive level. Both sides underlined the role of inter-parliamentary engagement in supporting broader bilateral relations.

The discussions also covered the organization of reciprocal visits of parliamentary delegations, the exchange of experiences and best legislative practices, as well as the possibility of establishing an Albania–Indonesia Parliamentary Friendship Group as a sustainable mechanism for cooperation.

The meeting reaffirmed the shared commitment of both parties to further intensify inter-parliamentary cooperation and to build lasting bridges of dialogue, mutual understanding, and friendship between the two countries
