The Embassy of the Republic of Albania in Rome informs citizens who have applied for a passport and identity card by December 15, 2023, that the documents have arrived.

Pursuant to the COVID-19 emergency legislation, they will also be able to be withdrawn through postal couriers.

If you have not filled out the form for the withdrawal by courier on the day of the appointment at the Embassy, ​​then whichever courier you choose must be equipped with:
1. Signed withdrawal authorization, accompanied by a copy of your identification document;
2. The application coupon you received at the Embassy;
3. The “lettera di vettura” document, only if requested by the courier.

Withdrawal of documents is carried out every working day, during official hours.

Attention: Passports and ID cards are not delivered to the courier, if the documentation required for withdrawal is missing.
