Ambassador Anila Bitri Lani participated in the presentation of the book “Arbëreshe Woman: yesterday, today and tomorrow…. between the sacred and the profane” by Emilia Blaiotta, Lucrezia Lindia, Flavia D’agostino and Lucia Martino, which has been selected for the Bancarella Anno 2025 Prize, which takes place in Pontremoli, the “City of the Book”.
Under the patronage of the Vorea Cultural Association of Frasnita, the volume was presented to the Senate of the Italian Republic. Together with the authors, Prof. Lucia Martino and Prof. Emilia Blaiotta, eminent speakers of national and international fame praised this very special and very current volume, which traces the role of the Arberian woman in society, a woman who looks to the future as a bearer of culture and tradition.
