During a ceremony held at the Istana Presidential Palace, Ambassador Muça had the honor of presenting his Letters of Credence to H.E. Mr. Tharman Shanmugaratnam, President of the Republic of Singapore.

In his capacity as non-resident Ambassador of the Republic of Albania to the Republic of Singapore, Ambassador Muça emphasized his full commitment and dedication to strengthening relations and cooperation between Albania and Singapore.
