On March 10, 2025, the Ambassador of the Republic of Albania to the State of Kuwait and non-resident Ambassador to the Republic of Iraq, Mr. Ilir Hysa, presented his credentials to the President of the Republic of Iraq, H.E. Abdul Latif Rashid. During this visit, Ambassador Ilir Hysa also held official meetings with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Iraq, H.E. Fuad Hussein.
