“Reflections from Albania” was the title of the exhibition of paintings by five Albanian artists in Kuwait. This exhibition was organized by the Albanian embassy in cooperation with the National Council of Culture, Arts and Letters of Kuwait and the National Art Gallery of Albania. The exhibition was organized as part of the Al-Qurain Festival in Kuwait and will remain open until January 17, 2015. Present at the opening ceremony were the General Secretary of KKKAL, Mr. Ali Johua, director of GKA, Mr. Artan Shabani, Kuwaiti citizens, representatives of business, media, the Albanian community in Kuwait, etc. Twenty-eight works presented were by painters; Shyqyri Sako, Ardian Isufi, Dhimitër Theodhori, Fani Zguro and Gazmend Leka. The guests were satisfied with the works of art of Albanian painters, which included landscapes, portraits, various compositions, mixed media, graphics, etc.
