On February 13, 2014, the Embassy of Albania in Kuwait in cooperation with the TIES (Center for Cross Cultural Dialogue) organized the Day of Albanian Culture in the premises of this center.The organized activities included a power point presentation on Albania by Ambassador Kujtim Morina, followed by a video recording “Discover Albania”;recitations of poems in English by Albanian authors Fatos Arabi and Ismail Kadare by children of the Albanian community in Kuwait;Tirana folk dance as well as offering traditional Albanian cuisine.The activities were attended by a large number of attendees who expressed interest in learning more about Albania as a Mediterranean European country and finding the opportunity to visit it in the near future.
