Today, on 13.11.2023, Ambassador of the Republic of Albania to the State of Kuwait, H.E. Mr. ILIR HYSA, handed the copy of Credentials to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait, Sheikh Salem Abdullah Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
