On February 21, 2019, Ambassador Saimir Bala was received in a meeting by the Assistant Minister for Economic Affairs of the Kuwaiti MFA Amb. Amal Al-Hamad. The purpose of the meeting was to exchange views on bilateral relations in the economic field.
Assistant Minister Al-Hamad, among other things, said that the relations between the two countries are excellent. Meanwhile, we must intensify our joint efforts to make it possible to increase the volume of exchanges in the economic aspect between the two countries.

Ms. Al-Hamad suggested that the Joint Economic Commission be held, as a forum at the level of experts of various ministries and institutions that will discuss concrete projects in the economic field. Regarding the II edition of Tirana Business Matching/TBM of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry that will take place during the month of November this year in Tirana, Amb. Al-Hamad said that it is very important, and promised to sensitize the business community in Kuwait to participate in this activity.
