Productive discussions in Kuwait with my counterpart, H.E. Abdullah Ali Al-Yahya, with whom we highlighted the strong ties between our two countries and discussed ways to deepen bilateral cooperation in key sectors.
We agreed to encourage more exchanges in the future, including through high-level visits, to further strengthen our partnership. I reiterated Albania’s readiness for direct Kuwaiti investments, particularly in energy, infrastructure, agriculture and advanced technology.
We also jointly signed a Memorandum of Understanding to enhance cooperation between our diplomatic academies, with the aim of creating training opportunities for young diplomats.
