Herceg Novi, 12–14 October 2026 – Albania was represented by Deputy Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Enkeleda Muçi, at the Western Balkans Digital Summit 2026, held in Herceg Novi, Montenegro, from 12 to 14 October.

The Summit served as an important platform for promoting regional dialogue and cooperation in the fields of digital transformation, technology and innovation. It also provided an opportunity for regional stakeholders to exchange experiences and best practices and discuss developments in the digital sector.

The Ambassador of the Republic of Albania to Montenegro, Zhaklina Peto, also attended the event, highlighting Albania’s institutional presence at this regional forum.
