On 14–15 June 2026, the Commissioner for Civil Service Oversight, Ms. Lefterije Lleshi (Luzi), paid an official visit to Montenegro, with a focus on strengthening institutional cooperation and exchanging experiences in the field of human resources management and the civil service.

During the visit, meetings were held with the Director of the Human Resources Administration, Mr. Agron Camaj, as well as with the Minister of Public Administration of Montenegro, Mr. Marash Dukaj. The delegation also visited the Embassy of the Republic of Albania in Montenegro.

The meetings focused on learning about the reforms and practices of the Montenegrin public administration, as well as identifying new areas for cooperation between counterpart institutions.

An important step toward strengthening institutional relations and the exchange of experiences between Albania and Montenegro.
