The New Year reception for the Consular Corps in Bavaria at the State Chancellery, organized by the Bavarian Prime Minister Dr. Markus Söder represented by the Minister for Federal Affairs and Media and head of the Bavarian State Chancellery Dr. Florian Herrmann, as well as the Minister for European Affairs and International Relations, Dr. Eric Beisswenger.
In their speech, the two ministers praised the role of the Consular Corps in Munich, the second largest after Berlin, as a bridge connecting Bavaria with the world.
In the framework of the reception, we had the opportunity to talk with the Bavarian authorities about current topics, bilateral agendas, as well as about the Munich Security Conference, held last weekend, an important event, successfully concluded.
