Dear compatriots!

By Decision of the Council of Ministers of RSH, the next day, November 27, 2019, is declared National Day of Mourning. The national flag will be lowered to half-mast and at 12:00 a minute of silence will be held in memory of the victims who lost their lives in the earthquake of November 26.

The Book of Condolences will be opened in the premises of the Consulate on November 27 from 14.00-16.00 and on November 28 from 12.00-14.00.
