Ambassador Ernst Noorman, Ambassador at Large for Cyber ​​Affairs in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands, visited Albania. During his stay in Tirana, he held meetings with the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Mr. Igli Hasani, as well as with Heads of related Institutions.
