Foreigners who wish to visit Albania should know that:
- Citizens from the EU have the facility to enter the country with only an ID card;
- Passport or ID card must be valid at least 3 (three) months from their entrance day;
- Citizens that have a valid Schengen visa with multiple entries, which has been previously used in one of the countries from the Schengen Area, and/or citizens that have a valid Residence Permit from one of the Countries from the Schengen Area, can enter Albania without a visa.

Consular services only by post
We organize and carry out only by post our consular activity on issuing of the documents. Exemptions are the activities that require the appearance in person.
Cash payments not accepted
All payments in relation with the Embassy (e.g. fees for the consular services) have to be carried out only through banking transfers. We can’t proceed and accept cash payments.
