Albania participates at the hearing proceedings at the International Court of Justice, regarding the advisory opinion on Climate Change. The Secretary General of the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Mr. Armand Skapi, in his statement, stressed the inequities of the climate crisis and urged the Court to recognize the heightened responsibility of developed States to lead in addressing the crisis.
