Albania, represented by Mrs. Evi Naku, Director of the Cabinet of the Minister of Justice, signed the Convention “Convention on the Recognition and Execution of Foreign Judgments in Civil and Commercial Matters”, made in The Hague on July 2, 2019.

This is the third Convention of The Hague Conference on Private International Law (HCCH) signed in 2024, leading to 17 the total number of international Conventions and Protocols signed within the HCCH.
