Born in Tirana, Albania, in 1969, Mimoza Halimi holds degrees of Bachelor and Master of Arts, both in Economics and in International Relations
She speaks fluent English, French, Russian and has a comprehension of German language
Ambassador Mimoza Halimi has been bestowed the dignity of the “Grand Cross of the Order of the Crown”, ordered by the King of Belgium, H.R. Albert II
She is married and a proud mother of a daughter and a son
