In order to enter the territory of Romania, Albanian citizens must not have an entry ban in any of the countries of the Schengen zone or the European Union, and must have the following documents with them:
- Biometric passport valid for at least 3 months after the planned departure date from the territory of Romania;
- An invitation from a Romanian citizen or a foreign citizen with a regular stay in Romania or a hotel reservation (paid) for the period of stay;
- Sufficient money for the period of stay, 50 Euro per day but not less than 500 Euro in total. In case of using bank cards, they must have with them the bank’s confirmation of the balance of money in the bank account linked to the card;
- International health insurance for the period of stay in Romania;
- Return ticket, in the case of air travel.
