Dear compatriots!

By decision of the Albanian government, two days of national mourning have been announced on July 2-3, 2024, for the loss of the giant of Albanian literature, ISMAIL KADARE.

At 13.00 on July 3, 2024, a minute of silence will be held in his honor.

The book of condolences on this occasion will be open at the Embassy on July 3, 2024, at 10.00-12.00 and 14.00-16.00, as well as in electronic form at the address: condolences@mfa.gov.al
