The Embassy of the Republic of Albania in Sweden organized, in the premises of the Swedish Parliament (Riksdag), an activity on the occasion of Albania’s Independence Day and the 80th anniversary of Liberation, attended by parliamentarians, local officials, members of the diplomatic corps accredited in Sweden, as well as friends of Albania.

The activity was organized in cooperation with Albania’s friends in the Riksdag. In the framework of the 80th anniversary of liberation, the exhibition “Albanian Resistance during World War II” was also displayed.

The celebration of the holidays was also accompanied by Albanian music performed by artists of the Albanian community in Sweden as well as selected Albanian products.
