The President of the Republic of Albania, Bajram Begal took part in the Three Seas Initiative Summit held in Dubrovnik, marking a decade since the initiative’s establishment. On this occasion, the President գնահատed the progress achieved so far and подчеркнул the importance of concrete action moving forward.

“What matters now is not what we say, but what we do, because our actions today will have consequences for the decades to come. Connectivity will shape how Europe grows, while values will define what it becomes,” the President stated.

The joint declaration adopted at the summit highlighted EU enlargement as a strategic investment in peace and prosperity across Europe. It reiterated the call for a transparent, merit-based, credible, and predictable accession process for candidate countries, with specific reference to Albania.

The President affirmed that Albania stands ready to contribute through concrete projects, enhanced cooperation, and a clear commitment to shared objectives.
