The Ambassador of the Republic of Albania to Greece, Ms. Luela Hajdaraga, participated in the opening ceremony of the international photography exhibition “3 Roads: Constantine Manos – Nikos Economopoulos – Enri Canaj” and delivered opening remarks at the event, held under the auspices of the Embassy of the Republic of Albania in Greece.

Presented in Crete for the first time, the exhibition brings together the work of three photographers with strong connections to Greece, including Albanian photojournalist Enri Canaj. Through the art of street photography, the exhibition highlights the power of culture to foster dialogue, mutual understanding and meaningful connections across borders.

During her visit, Ambassador Hajdaraga held meetings with the Deputy Regional Governor of the Regional Unit of Lasithi, Mr. Ioannis Androulakis, and the Mayor of Agios Nikolaos, Mr. Manolis Menegakis. Discussions focused on opportunities to further strengthen cultural and institutional cooperation, as well as on the valuable contribution of the Albanian community in Crete to enhancing the longstanding ties of friendship and cooperation between Albania and Greece.

The Embassy of the Republic of Albania in Greece extends its sincere appreciation to the Region of Crete, the Municipality of Agios Nikolaos, Museo Tzortzi, MOMUS – Metropolitan Organisation of Museums of Visual Arts of Thessaloniki, The Benaki Museum, Green Project, and Mr. Yannis Tzortzis for their warm hospitality, excellent cooperation and commitment to the successful organisation of this exhibition, which promotes dialogue and collaboration through culture.
