The Embassy of the Republic of Albania in Athens informs the public that the biometric documents for which applications were submitted on May 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th, 15th, 18th, 19th, 20th, 21st, and 22nd, 2026, have arrived and are available for collection.

Biometric documents may be collected as follows:

– In person at the Embassy during official working hours:
Monday to Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

– By mail or courier service, to your residential address, in accordance with the declaration signed at the time of application at the Consular Office.

REMINDER: ID cards delivered by mail are not electronically activated and therefore cannot be used for banking services in Albania.

IMPORTANT: Biometric documents must be collected within one year from the date of application. After this period, they will be considered uncollected and will no longer be available for collection.
