On February 5th, 2016 the Embassy of the Republic of Albania in collaboration with The Embassy of the Republic of Kosovo and the International Exchange Organization [IEO] held a cultural themed activity, An Albanian Evening. The purpose of the gathering was to present to the distinguished Japanese guests elements of Albanian history, the natural beauties of the Balkan landscape, our shared values and traditional arts. The audience was addressed jointly by the Charge d’Affairs of the Republic of Albania, Mr. Armand Shandro and Ms. Rudina Bukoshi, Charge d’Affairs of the Republic of Kosovo who provided a general expose on the level of bilateral relations with Japan, challenges and the potential for intensified relations.
