A delegation from the Parliament of Albania, led by the Deputy Speaker of the Parliament, Klodiana Spahiu, participated in the proceedings of the 20th Anniversary Session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean (PAM), held in Budva on 6–8 May 2026.

As part of parliamentary diplomacy, a bilateral meeting was held on the sidelines of the session between the two Deputy Speakers of the Parliament of Montenegro, Nikollë Camaj and Zdenka Popović, and their Albanian counterpart, Klodiana Spahiu.

The meeting focused on strengthening parliamentary dialogue and cooperation, exchanging experiences, and fostering further institutional relations between Albania and Montenegro.
