May 24, 2021, the Ambassador of the Republic of Albania to the Kingdom of Bahrain, resident in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Sami Shiba, held a meeting (virtually), with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain, HE. Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani. The meeting was also attended by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs, Dr. Sheikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa and the Director of the Head of the European Affairs Section, Ahmed Ebrahim Al Qaraines.
During the meeting, both sides reviewed the friendly relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Republic of Albania and the ways to further enhance bilateral cooperation, as well as issues of mutual interest.
