Munich, Prime Minister Rama meets with the Prime Minister of Bavaria, Seehofer

The leader of the Albanian government Edi Rama had an official meeting with the Prime Minister of the State of Bavaria, Horst Seehofer. This is the first meeting of an Albanian Prime Minister with the Bavarian Prime Minister.

During the meeting, the head of the executive highlighted the excellent relations between Albania and Germany.

Prime Minister Rama noted that the potential of cooperation between the two countries is huge, and in this context the cooperation initiated in the field of vocational education, where Albania has implemented a dual education system, is very important for both countries.

Prime Minister Rama briefed the executive leader of the State of Bavaria with the progress of the Berlin process, as well as with steps taken by Albania to accelerate the European integration process.
On his part, Prime Minister Horst Seehofer said at the end of the meeting that “Albania and Bavaria have excellent political and economic relations. For this reason, I am very grateful to the Prime Minister, who visited us today, for deepening our relations. He invited me to Albania, which he presented so beautifully, and I am very curious to pay a visit there. We will do everything to give Albania in a predictable time a perspective towards Europe and towards the EU.”
