The Embassy has the sad duty to informe that following the passing of the renowned Albanian writer Ismail Kadare, the Government of the Republic of Albania has declared July 2 and 3, 2024, as days of national mourning in his honor.
On this occasion, the Embassy of the Republic of Albania in Bern will open a book of condolences today (July 2, 2024) from 14:30 to 17:00, and tomorrow (July 3, 2024) from 11:00 to 16:00 at the address: Pourtalestrasse 45A, 3074, Muri bei Bern.
