1991-1994              - First Secretary (DCM) Albanian Embassy in Athens, Greece.

1994-1995              - Desk Officer in the Department of the Relations with Neighbour Countries in the MFA.

1995                        - Councelor (DCM) Albanian Embassy, Sofia, Bulgaria.

1995-1996              - Councelor, Charge d'Affaires for the opening of the Albanian Embassy in Tokyo, Japan.

1996-1997              - Director of the Regional Countries in the MFA.

1997-2002             - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Albania to the Hellenic Republic and Cyprus.
