Ambassador Ilir Tepelena met with the Rector of Charles University in Prague, Prof. Milena Králičková and Vice Rector Prof. Eva Voldřichová – Beránková. They discussed inter-university cooperation as well as exchanges between students as important bridges of connection and as an investment for the future of relations between the two peoples. The Chair of the Albanian Language at the Charles University in Prague was considered an important and symbolic presence, which, we hope, will increasingly attract the attention, interest and curiosity of Czech female students.

Czech Minister of Industry and Trade Jozef Sikela received Ambassador Ilir Tepelena in a meeting on the eve of his visit to Tirana (March 25-26). Economic diplomacy and its role in further strengthening the cooperation between the two countries was the focus of the productive conversation with Minister Sikela. Both interlocutors shared the belief that the Business Forum as well as the meetings between the entrepreneurs of the two countries in the B2B format, on the occasion of this visit, will undoubtedly be a further boost to cooperation in important sectors such as energy, tourism, transport, agriculture, etc.
