Ambassador Ilir Tepelena participated in the celebration ceremony of the 106th anniversary of the creation of Czechoslovakia held in the Prague Castle. On this occasion, the Ambassador conveyed heartfelt congratulations to the President of the Czech Republic, Petr Pavel and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Jan Lipanský.
