The First Albanian Business Forum in Albania and Greece was held at New York College in Athens, organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Albania in Greece in partnership with the Tirana Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The Forum brought together Albanian entrepreneurs operating in Albania and Greece with the aim of establishing a sustainable platform for cooperation between Albanian business communities in both countries, while promoting Albania as a competitive destination for investment and long-term business partnerships.

The event was opened by H.E. Mrs. Luela Hajdaraga, Ambassador of the Republic of Albania to Greece, Mr. Nikolin Jaka, President of the Tirana Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Mr. Kristaq Konduri, Chairman of the Albanian-Greek Committee of the Athens Chamber of Tradesmen.
In her remarks, Ambassador Hajdaraga highlighted the strategic role of the Albanian business community in Greece as an economic and institutional bridge between the two countries. She underlined Albania’s positive economic developments, ongoing reforms aimed at supporting investment, and the opportunities offered by key sectors such as tourism, energy, technology, and infrastructure. She also emphasized the importance of economic diplomacy as a practical tool for fostering partnerships and expanding economic cooperation, encouraging Albanian entrepreneurs in Greece to explore the opportunities offered by the Albanian market.
Mr. Nikolin Jaka stressed the importance of building sustainable business networks among Albanian entrepreneurs across the region and highlighted Albania’s competitive advantages as an investment destination in priority sectors.


Mr. Kristaq Konduri presented the activities of the Albanian-Greek Committee of the Athens Chamber of Tradesmen and emphasized the importance of strengthening ties between the business communities of the two countries in support of investment, trade exchanges, and joint initiatives.

The Forum also featured institutional presentations by representatives of Albanian State Development & Real Estate (ASDRE), TEDA Tirana and Durana Tech Park, who presented concrete investment opportunities and development projects in strategic sectors of the Albanian economy.
Discussions focused on sectors with significant growth potential, including technology and innovation, tourism, renewable energy, agribusiness, construction, and the pharmaceutical industry. The B2B meetings and networking session facilitated direct contacts between Albanian businesses operating in both countries and contributed to the identification of new partnership and investment opportunities.

The Forum confirmed the growing interest of the Albanian business community in Greece in expanding economic cooperation with Albania and highlighted the important role of economic diplomacy in supporting stronger economic ties between the two countries.
