As part of the end-of-school-year celebrations, the Ambassador of the Republic of Albania to Greece, Ms. Luela Hajdaraga, participated in the festive event entitled “A Day Full of Colors and Albanian Language”, organized by the Association of Albanian Language Teachers in Greece, chaired by Ms. Klarita Selmanaj, at Rizari Central Park in Athens.

In her remarks to the children, parents, and teachers present, Ambassador Hajdaraga commended the dedicated work of Albanian language teachers and underscored their essential role in preserving the Albanian language, identity, and cultural heritage across generations. She also reaffirmed the Embassy’s commitment to supporting Albanian language education and promoting Albanian culture as vital bridges connecting younger generations with their roots and national values.

The event featured a festive atmosphere with songs, recitations, games, and creative activities. The Ambassador engaged warmly with children and teachers, sharing in a celebration that reflected the vibrancy of the Albanian community and its strong connection to language and culture.
The event was also attended by Mr. Fitim Gllareva, Head of the Kosovo Interests Office in Athens; Mr. Thomas Georgiadis, Deputy Mayor of Athens; and Ms. Rovena Xhori, President of the Albanian Community in Greece.
