"Albanian Spring" or a Polish-Albanian and Albanian-Polish picnic


The "Albanian Spring" integration picnic is traditionally organized at the end of spring, near the beginning of summer.
This year, on Saturday, June 22, Albanians from Albania and Kosovo and other Albanian-speaking territories met with Poland and Poles associated with Albania and Kosovo and Polish supporters of both countries once again met in Ciechocinek, in the welcoming garden of Professor Irena Sawicka, linguist, Slavologist and Balkanologist.

Information on the movement of foreign nationals in Albania

Starting from 06th of September 2021, to enter the Republic of Albania, whether by land, sea or air, you must be equipped with:
• Vaccination passport, which is valid 14 days after the second dose of vaccine has been administered; OR
• PCR test performed up to 72 hours before entry; OR
• Rapid antigen test performed within 48 hours before entry; OR
• Valid document proving that you have passed or recovered from Covid-19 up to 6 months after recovery;

Chief Negotiator for Albania's EU Accession visits Warsaw


On June 17-19, 2021, the Minister of State, Chief Negotiator for Albania's Accession to the EU, Mr. Zef Mazi paid a visit to Warsaw, Poland. He met with the Secretary of State, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Poland Szymon Szynkowski vel Sęk, Vice-Chair (Acting Chair) of the EU Affairs Committee in the Polish Parliament, Mrs. Anita Czerwińska, and with the Vice Chair of the Poland-Albania Parliamentary Group in the Polish Parliament, Mrs. Teresa Pamuła. In all the meetings it was expressed Poland's unwavering support on every field of integration for Albania.
