The Ambassador of the Republic of Albania to the Kingdom of Belgium, Ms. Albana Dautllari, attended the official opening ceremony of the Albanian School “Iliriada” in Sint-Niklaas, the second school in Belgium established under the umbrella of the “Iliriada” Association.

This important initiative aims to preserve and strengthen the connection of younger generations with the Albanian language and culture by providing complementary education in the mother tongue for children of the Albanian community in Sint-Niklaas and beyond.

The event was also attended by representatives of Belgian municipal institutions, as well as members of the Albanian community who actively support the promotion of national identity and values.

Ambassador Dautllari commended the organizers for this significant achievement and emphasized the Embassy’s continued support for initiatives that contribute to the preservation of the Albanian language, culture, and traditions within the diaspora.
