The Prime Minister of Albania, Mr. Edi Rama paid an official visit to the Free State of Bavaria, where he was warmly received by Bavarian Prime Minister Dr. Markus Söder in Munich.

Both leaders reaffirmed the special relationship between our country and Bavaria, built on shared values. The talks focused on enhancing bilateral cooperation, regional partnerships, and joint efforts within the framework of the European Union.

As Guest of Honor at the prestigious Herrenchiemsee Festival, the Prime Minister highlighted the importance of cultural diplomacy and expressed deep appreciation for Bavaria’s rich cultural heritage.

The Prime Minister payed tribute to European culture, unity, and cohesion, especially in these times when solidarity and shared identity matter more than ever.

The visit marked another step forward in our enduring friendship with Bavaria and our unwavering commitment to a strong, united Europe.
