Deputy Foreign Minister, Ms. Megi Fino, participated in the Western Balkans Working Group, held on June 4–5, 2025, in Berlin, organized by the Aspen Institute Germany with the support of the German Federal Government.
The meeting brought together high-level representatives and diplomats from the Western Balkans and the EU to discuss key issues, including:
• the impact of global geopolitical developments on the region,
• the future of EU enlargement,
• and structural transformation for sustainable and inclusive growth.
Deputy Minister Fino’s participation reaffirmed Albania’s strong commitment to EU integration, the consolidation of democratic institutions, and regional cooperation for a more secure and prosperous Western Balkans.
