Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Albania will hold the National Folklore Festival in Gjirokastër from 24 June to 1 July 2023.

This June, Gjirokastër will welcome artists and artist groups from the 12 regions of the country, as well as from Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro, etc. Folk music groups and performers from Italy’s Arbëresh community and groups from Greece will also take the stage at the historic stone city.

The Ambassador, Mrs. Luela Hajdaraga held a meeting with the Minister of Digital Governance of the Hellenic Republic, Mr. Kyriakos Pierrakakis, to discuss the digitization of public services in Albania and Greece, and to exchange knowledge and experiences in the field of state information systems, with an emphasis on facilitating the procedures for providing electronic services to Albanian citizens, confirming once again the excellent level of relations and cooperation between the two countries.

We announce that the "Improvisations" Exhibition with paintings and sculptures by Prime Minister Edi Rama will be open at Zappeio Palace, Athens, until March 31st, 2023.

The Αmbassador Ms. Luela Hajdaraga participated in a meeting with representatives of the European Public Law Organization (EPLO), Mr. Spyridon Flogaitis, Professor, EPLO Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Mr. Spyros Kouvelis, Director of EPLO's Sustainable Development Institute, and Country Ambassadors members of this Organization, of which Albania is a part, to be informed about the activities, programs and future goals of this Organization.
